Artificial grass football field built

Our artificial grass football field with dimensions of 68 x 105 metres was inaugurated in the spring of 2013. We provide illumination for trainings in the evenings. Our sports facility provides quality training possibilities and the list of teams having had a training camp here - Sampdoria, Hapoel Ramat Gan, Rotor Volgograd, Diósgyőr - is a prove of that.

Capacity of almost 500

We offer 500 seats on our light-structure and partly roofed tribunes. Four separable lockers provide all comforts to the teams, along with kit cleaning and training utensils (portable aluminium gates, walls, markers, poles), continuous field maintenance and professional staff

Solution for the Winter

No more problems when preparing for the season in winter. At least no infrastructural ones. Our artificial grass football field provides the solution for teams training in January and February here.

The grass on our centre field is of excellent quality

Our centre field is of standard dimensions and certified to host international games. Teams visiting us can train among ideal conditions. Both former Sampdoria coach Delio Rossi and Tomislv Sivic, head coach of Hungarian side DVTK, spoke in words of praise about the quality of our field.

Finns won by shots onto the post

Four shots onto the post and one goal by the Finns versus five Norwegian hits: Norway vs. Finland 5:1. The Scottish team advanced into the quarter-finals of the U-17 Women’s European Championship from the group including the Hungarian team.

We started into August 2013 with Sampdoria

We hosted Italian Serie A side Sampdoria for six days in August. Head coach Delio Rossi held 6 training sessions for the Geneva-based team. Samp had two friendly games during that period. The lost 2:1 to Haladás FC, but managed to beat the local Division II. team of Sopron by 6:1.

Serb coaches made Diósgyőr sweat

The team of DVTK consider Bük their second home. The Miskolc-based team spent 10 days in July 2013 in the sports centre. Serbian physio trainer Srdjan Zirojevic and coach Tomislav Sivic made team around capped midfield player Tamás Kádár sweat.

Russian days with Rubin, Rotor and Gazovik

The U21 teams of Rotor Volgograd, Gazovik Orenburg and Rubin Kazan were the first to train at Bük in the summer of 2013. The Russian teams arrived following the work of the former Russia and Ferencváros international Serhiy Kuznetsov, who is organising football training camps these days.

African handball players in the Sports Centre

From 18th September 2013 to the end of the month we were proud to host the Nigerian champions of women’s handball, the Clube Desportivo 1 de Agosto. Over nine days they played several friendly games with different teams, like Hypo Niederösterreich

Israeli Cup winner in the Sports Centre

The team of Hapoel Ramat Gan won the Israeli Cup and qualified for the Europa League, even though they were relegated. The team from Israel played against Portuguese side Estoril at Bük.

Visit from Mezőkövesd on the artificial grass football field

The team of Mezőkövesd-Zsóry prepared for the spring season of the Hungarian Soccer Championship from 27th January over five days. The team of head-coach György Véber played two friendlies on the artificial grass football field.

Angolan Handball Champions visited the Sports Centre

From the 18th to the end of September Angolan women’s handball champions Clube Desportivo 1 de Agosto were in Bük to train in the Sports Centre.

Scottish joy and Norwegian grief in Bük

To the great surprise of all it was not the Norwegian team, who were considered favourites, but the Scottish U17 women’s football team to make it to the final eight in England from Group 5 of the elite round. All games were played in Bük and Sopron in the first week of October 2013.

Sampdoria trained in the Sports Centre

Bük could host Italian Serie A side Sampdoria for six days.
